  • 1 scoop Real Carbs, Strawberry Shortcake flavor
  • 1 box Sugar-Free Yellow Cake mix (add the ingredients called for on the cake box as well)
  • 2 .3 oz boxes Sugar-Free Jello, Strawberry flavor (add the ingredients called for on the jello box as well
  • 1 oz box Sugar-Free, Fat-Free Baker’s Corner pudding, Vanilla flavor
  • 1 cup 1% Milk
  • 1 8 oz Container

Instructions

The Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Prepare a 9 x 13 pan by spraying it with cooking spray.
  3. Make your cake according to the package directions. Add in 1 scoop of Real Carbs.
  4. Let the cake cool for 40-60 minutes or until the bottom of the pan is cool.
  5. Mix 1 box of Jello with 1 cup boiling water, and stir well. Add 1 cup cold water. Stir well.
  6. Use a straw, and poke a hole every inch in your cake.
  7. Pour your Jello mixture over the cake.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.

The Icing

  1. Make up the pudding 2 hours before you ice the cake. Use 1 cup of 1% milk.
  2. Store pudding in the fridge.
  3. When your cake is ready to be iced (remember it sat in the fridge for 4 hours), mix in the 2nd box of Jello with Cool Whip. Add in your pudding, a spoonful or 2 at a time. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Use this mixture to frost your cake.
  5. Enjoy!
