In the Morning

Post-Workout
ADYM & RF Bars – If you’re training in the morning, you need to think about recovery all day. This stack does not address that. You need more than the lingering effects of caffeine and a pump after you've completed a workout. ADYM promotes an anabolic state. Plus, you also need to consume some real food. Our Real Foods or "RF" Bars can be a substitute until you can get to a meal. Recovery and growth simply can't occur if you’re in a catabolic state. The act of training is inherently catabolic.
ADYM – Immediately following your workout and then again at least one other time or sipped slowly throughout the day.
RF Bars – Anytime you can’t get to a meal. This stack suggests a busy work day, a bar high in real foods protein can be a true lifesaver.
NIGHTTIME
Once you put down the weights for that final repetition on that final set for the day, it's time to focus all of your effort on recovery.
