I’ve always been into sports. Growing up I played football, basketball and track & field. I never lifted weights during that time. I got shot in 2005 and while recovering I saw Pumping Iron on TV. The next day I started curling a dumbbell sitting on the edge of the bed. I was instantly hooked and the rest is history.
